Jill Mattern

I am a nature enthusiast and a firm believer in the transformative power of the great outdoors. Six years ago, I took a leap of faith and embarked on a long solo hike around Mt. Rainier, leaving behind a stable career to search for my true purpose. The experience of spending time alone in nature was a turning point, igniting a deep passion within me to help others discover the healing and growth that can be found in nature.

Since then, I have spent countless hours exploring the natural world, refining my vision, and earning several certifications along the way. As a certified yoga instructor, outdoor mindfulness guide, Pilates teacher, mountaineer, and seasoned wanderer, I am dedicated to facilitating experiences in nature that allow for personal growth and transformation. I believe that the key to unlocking our true potential lies in connecting with ourselves and the natural world around us.

Through my work, I hope to inspire others to tap into the power of nature and discover their own inner strength and resilience. Whether through a guided hike, a gong bath in the great outdoors, or an immersive wilderness experience, I am committed to helping others find their path to healing and personal growth.
