Join me for a Fall Equinox Gong Bath Celebration—an hour of restorative gong, nature meditation, and presence at Lowman Beach in West Seattle.

Time: 4:00 – 5:00 PM
This is a donation-based, one-time event. A suggested contribution of $30 is appreciated, though all are welcome regardless of ability to give. A portion of proceeds will support Palestinian children and families.
Bring a chair, yoga mat, blanket, or anything that makes you comfortable.
